through this web site (collectively "Web Site") is a service made available
by Velocity Services Corporation ("Velocity Services"), and may be used solely under the
following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

By using the Web Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the Terms of Service. Please

following the posting of changes to these Terms of Service will mean that you accept those changes.
Restricted Membership
This Web Site has restricted membership. You must be a member or employee of a Veteran organization
we currently support. If your organization is not currently supported, or you are unsure about your organization
you may contact us using this form. Velocity Services
reserves the right to verify any account to ensure the membership is legitimate and authorized for usage. Any
account we deem unauthorized will be terminated, then investigated to determine if any additional actions are required.
Privacy Policy

Payment and Billing
Velocity Services accept Credit Cards from Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as payment methods; also
Debit Cards (i.e. check cards, ATM cards, or banking cards) that have the Visa or MasterCard logo on the front.
Payment methods are charged when processing your orders. Your billing statment
will show charges as Velocity Payment Services.
Sales Tax
Velocity Services is required to charge sales tax on all orders from the following states: VA. If your company is
tax exempt, you will need to fax your exemption certificate to us at
540-368-2708, so our Billing Department can modify your account.
Turnaround Times
These turnaround times are based on averages and may not be exact. Client inquiries are typically responded to same-day to 1
business day. General inquiries from non-clients are typically responded to within 2-3
business days. Orders are processed same-day. Any issues
with your order may add additional time to your turnaround. We will contact you promptly
to resolve any issues. Printing and packaging takes 2-4 business days depending, on the
job size, workloads, and other measures. Given the locations of our production facilities,
we average 2-3 business days for most shipping locations.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped UPS Ground from one of our five production facilities. Shipping charges are
calculated on a per-product basis. Shipping terms are FOB shipping point, which means ownership
transfers to you once we deliver any packages to our shipping carrier. Your order may arrive
late due to unforeseen delays in delivery service, the breakdown of equipment, illness, etc. We
assume no responsibility for delays caused by delivery carriers or any damages resulting from the
failure to receive an order on time. We are not responsible for 3rd-party shipping errors, omissions
or damaged shipments. When a package is not delivered due to an error made by the you when submitting
the shipping address, we will reship the package with the corrected address with an additional shipping
fee. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Return / Refund Policy
All sales are final, which is standard to the printing industry because all jobs are custom. In the case
of a refund on an order that printing has not been scheduled, a $10 processing fee
will be charged. Orders are carefully inspected before being shipped. If merchandise
is defective or damaged upon receipt, you MUST contact us within 5 business days after receiving your
order or the claim will be denied. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned
products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund. Should your
print job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will rerun and ship the
job at no charge. We reserve the exclusive right to judge what a manufacturing
error and defect is.
Customizations & Proofing
Your ordered products require customized input from you. You will also be
given the opportunity to proof your product prior to ordering. Velocity Services
is not responsible for any spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors made.
You are fully responsible for the final proof and layout approval prior
to the printing process.
Color Quality
All products are printed using CMYK color mode to maximize color quality. It is impossible to
guarantee 100% color accuracy. Velocity Services can not guarantee that the color of the designs
printed on our presses will match that seen on your monitor or printed via any other method. Application
of UV coating may change the appearance of the printed colors.
Account Security
This Web Site employs numerous security measures to keep your account safe. We encourage
you to feel comfortable using our site for ordering. Also keep in mind under the Fair Credit
Billing Act your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more
than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used
in a fraudulent manner, just notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with
its reporting rules and procedures.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Service, nothing contained herein shall be construed as
conferring any license or right, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, under copyright or other
intellectual property rights. You agree that the Web Site is protected by copyrights, trademarks,
service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.
The Web Site are the property of the Velocity Services and are protected by United States copyright
laws and international treaty provisions. The compilation, organization and display of the content as well as all software
applications used on and in connection with this Web Site are the exclusive property of the Provider. Velocity Services reserves
all rights in the Web Site and its content not specifically granted in any agreements with the Velocity Services or in the Terms of Services.
The Web Site and other material provided herein may contain intellectual property of outside parties, and are the

Limitations on Liability
We will, under no circumstances, be liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities including without limitation, direct or indirect,
incidental or consequential damages, losses, or liabilities, in connection with your use of a Velocity Services site or your reliance
on or use or inability to use the information, materials, products, services, or functionality on this site, or in connection with
any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delays in operation or transmission, computer virus or line or
system failure, even if Velocity Services is advised of the possibility of such damages, losses, or expenses.

Velocity Services is committed to protecting the security of our users. At Velocity Services sites, we always use industry-standard
security technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged within our website. Please keep in mind, however, that
no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee
the security of any information you transmit using our website and you transmit such information at your own risk. Velocity Services
further does not assume responsibility for use or disclosure of your information that are the result of unauthorized or illegal
access to our systems or those of our vendors or partners.
